What's a Thud?

Um, well, its a bunch of things. Its kind of fun to search google images for Thud!

A few I remember...

Thud is a board game.

Thud was a Viet Nam era fighter jet.

Thud's also a minor super hero - Really strong, great to have on your team, no real "super" hero abilities, and a bit slow upstairs... Kinda like Mr Incredible or the Hulk, only not nearly as cool...

But that's not me... at least not that I can admit publicly...

My life is busy being a husband, dad, Jr Hi director at Santa Cruz Bible Church, novice hand drummer, music lover, and a follower of Jesus. I try to make the last impact and permeate everything else. Some days I do better than others. God is faithful, even when I'm far from it.

Now that's Good News!

Oh yeah, my favorite 'Thud' discovery so far:

Apparently there are people who like Clay Akins, the guy from American Idol. And some of those who are most fond of ol' Clay, have put together certain pictures of Clay in the "Thud Gallery" (No lie!) These are pictures which make their hearts go "thud, thud, thud". They call these photos (and of course Clay himself), Thudworthy... (You can get t shirts, mugs, mouse pads...)

Almost enough to make me change my name... almost.
